1. How do I open an account?

Opening an account is easy and free! Simply click on the join now button at the top to fill out the join form. You will then be given a unique player ID, which is also your username upon log in.

That's it! Your account is automatically activated and you can start playing immediately.
2. I can't log in. I forgot my Username or Password.

Under the Log In area you’ll find a link that says “Forgot your User/Pass?”. Click on that link and an email with your log in details will be sent to the email address provided upon sign up.

5. How does the Welcome Bonus work?

To redeem the Welcome Bonus customers are required to make a deposit of $100 or more. We will then proceed to credit the player account with the respective bonus. The bonus will be reflected in your balance within 24 hours.

6. What is the Roll Over and how does it work?

The roll over is a 75 time play.

Deposit $300 get a 200% free play of $600 and have free play net winnings less than $600 would equal a roll over of $300 + $600 = $900 rolled over 75 times in the Casino for a total of $67,500.

Deposit $300 with a 200% free play of $600 and have free play net winnings of $900 (more than bonus received) would equal a rollover of $300 + $900 = $1,200 rolled over 75 times in the Casino for a total of $90,000.

7. How does the Cash Back Bonus work?
